The Food Service Operations Manager plays a vital role within our organization, tasked with overseeing the entire food and beverage service operations to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a hands-on approach in preparing food and beverages, ensuring everything is ready prior to peak service times. The manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing product sampling procedures to maintain the highest quality standards and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
This position entails expertly managing food operations including inventory control and profit maximization, with regular stock accounting and timely ordering of supplies to maintain smooth workflow and business growth. The manager will also be responsible for operating food service and beverage equipment as necessary while maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet health and safety guidelines. Additionally, the role includes inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure it meets cleanliness and operational standards.
Training and development are also important facets of this role, with a responsibility to implement training programs that reflect updates in procedures or new product introductions. The Food Service Operations Manager will also take on other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced environments. They must excel in multitasking and delivering excellent guest service while being readily available for early morning and late afternoon shifts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Food handler certifications as mandated by state or local regulations
- Previous supervisory experience in food service
- Ability to understand business documents
- Knowledge of product costs and inventory management
- Capability to multitask and prioritize
- Availability for designated shifts

Job Duties
