Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of previous experience
  • 1-3 years of prior management experience
  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to nurture meaningful client and customer relationships
  • Proficient in customer service as per Aramark standards
  • Skilled in collaborating with multiple departments
  • Capable of occasional physical tasks such as handling objects up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods

  • Construct and maintain procedures for food selection, acquisition, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
  • Generate operational component forecasts and oversee accounting
  • Lead unit staff in production tasks, quality control, cost management, labor oversight, and training
  • Attract, develop, and retain front-line workforce
  • Perform stock assessments
  • Comply with ARAMARK, governmental, and accrediting agency requirements
  • Engage with client decision-makers and maintain relationships
