Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or similar level of expertise
- Minimum of four years of previous experience
- Prior experience in a management role for 1-3 years
- Experience in the food service industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to stand for extended periods
- Competence in customer service and client relationship management
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse departments

Job Duties
- Manage, support, collaborate with, and advance teams to increase their input, including hiring, evaluating, educating, mentoring, and overseeing performance
- Guarantee that food service operations align with the Executional Strategy
- Support team understanding of objectives and approaches through coaching sessions
- Provide incentives to encourage employee dedication
- Ensure preservation of safety and sanitation criteria
- Recognize client necessities and share updates on operational development
- Incorporate operational strategies and systems employed by Aramark
- Implement strategies to boost earnings and oversee fiscal frameworks
- Confirm consistent generation and monitoring of P&L statements
- Hit goals for food and personnel objectives
- Maintain quality and control costs by managing resources effectively
- Implement and uphold Aramark’s workforce and food efforts program
- Increase value through streamlined operations and cost control
- Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence principles
- Manage manufacturing, distribution, and food provision processes
- Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere
- Adhere to all relevant policies and regulations, especially safety and health
- Construct and sustain mechanisms for food selection, acquisition, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement
- Generate operational forecasts and oversee accounting functions
- Ensure sanitation and safety protocols are followed
- Lead unit staff in production, merchandise presentation, quality control, cost management, labor oversight, and training
- Attract, secure, advance, and sustain front-line workforce
- Carry out periodic stock assessments
- Comply with Aramark, governmental, and accrediting requirements
- Interact with client decision-makers to ensure robust relationships
- Participate in sales and contract discussions
- Explore options for new products and services to grow sales and retain customers
- Handle front-end dining operations
- Develop and execute food service blueprints aligned with client core principles and sustainability goals
