Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of related industry experience
- 1-3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Prior experience in food service operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand for long durations
- Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Knowledge of financial and operational management
- Willingness to work in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

Job Duties
- Manage, support, collaborate with, and advance teams to increase their input, including hiring, evaluating, educating, mentoring, and overseeing performance
- Guarantee that food service operations align with the Executional Strategy
- Support teams in understanding objectives and approaches through coaching
- Provide incentives to encourage employee dedication
- Ensure safety and sanitation criteria are maintained
- Recognize client needs and communicate operational developments
- Implement financial strategies to boost earnings and control costs
- Oversee P&L statement generation and monitoring
- Manage resources effectively within budget
- Implement and uphold workforce and food programs
- Improve value through streamlined operations and cost control
- Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence principles
- Manage manufacturing, distribution, and food provision processes
- Foster a safe and supportive environment
- Adhere to safety, health, and work policies
- Construct and sustain food selection, storage, cooking, serving, and menu enhancement mechanisms
- Generate operational forecasts and manage accounting
- Lead unit staff in production, quality control, cost management, labor oversight, and training
- Attract and retain front-line workforce
- Conduct periodic stock assessments
- Maintain compliance with ARAMARK and regulatory requirements
- Interact with client decision-makers to maintain strong relationships
- Participate in sales and contract discussions
- Explore options for new products and services
- Handle front-end dining operations
