Job Requirements

  • One to three years in a management role
  • Experience in the food service industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Ability to build and maintain client and customer relationships
  • Proficiency in applying superior customer service standards
  • Skill in collaborating with diverse departments
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to stand for extended periods

  • Attract secure advance and retain front-line workers
  • Conduct periodic stock assessments
  • Comply with ARAMARK governmental and accrediting requirements through record keeping
  • Interact with client decision-makers and maintain relationships
  • Join sales process and contract discussions
  • Explore new product and service options to grow sales and retain loyalty
  • Manage front-end dining operations
