The Food Service Manager works closely with the Food Service Director to lead the front of house dining operations including cafeterias or residential dining facilities. This leadership extends to ensuring that productivity meets food and labor initiatives through responsible cost control and team training. They are also charged with cultivating strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating operational progress. Compliance with health, safety, wage, and hour regulations is critically maintained to provide a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees.

- Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to provide unified food service experience
