The Food Service Manager role at Aramark is a critical management position with responsibility for overseeing and coordinating dining operations where customers order prepared meals from a menu. This position plays an essential role in the successful delivery of quality food services by developing and implementing tailored dining solutions that align with customer preferences and expectations. The Food Service Manager leads the front of the house operations of dining venues such as cafeterias and residential dining facilities, working collaboratively with the Food Service Director to ensure seamless service.

The Food Service Manager will implement operational excellence fundamentals by ensuring food and labor initiatives are met, supervising the team to maintain quality and control standards, and fostering efficiency through cost controls and profit management.

Job Requirements

  • at least 1 year of experience in a management role

  • lead the front of the house dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director
  • plan, direct and coordinate food service activities to deliver finished products to customers
