Productivity improvements are emphasized through effective operations, labor management, and adherence to food and labor initiatives. Furthermore, the Food Service Manager ensures compliance with all relevant policies and regulations related to safety, health, wage and hour standards, providing a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees alike.
Additional responsibilities include leading the front of house dining operations such as the cafeteria and residential dining facility in close coordination with the Food Service Director.
