The Food Service Manager role at Mabel Bassett Correctional Center, managed by Aramark, is a critical leadership position overseeing daily food production in a secure correctional facility. This role ensures that meal services are safe, efficient, and comply with strict facility, state, and federal regulations. The manager directs large-scale kitchen operations, supervises both staff and incarcerated workers, and maintains rigorous food safety and security standards.
