The Food Service Manager plays a critical role within our team by overseeing the daily food and beverage operations to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations. This full-time position involves managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and supporting sales and profitability goals within the food and beverage categories. The Food Service Manager is responsible for coordinating food preparation and beverage dispensing before busy service periods, adhering to approved procedures for product sampling, and implementing company programs and product changes effectively. With a focus on accuracy and organization, this role requires monitoring inventory levels, controlling shrink and waste, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for business growth.

This role demands hands-on involvement in operating foodservice and beverage equipment while ensuring that workspaces and service areas meet cleanliness and operational standards. The Food Service Manager will regularly inspect equipment to maintain proper functionality and cleanliness, as well as train staff on food service standards and program rollouts. In addition to these duties, the manager will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the unit by achieving sales and profit targets and upholding the highest standards of food quality and safety. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or restaurant operations
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in food service management or a related role
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to operate foodservice and beverage equipment
Experience in inventory management and cost control

Job Duties

Prepare food and dispensed beverage products for daily service prior to rush periods as outlined on store par
Follow approved product sampling procedures to sample products as directed
Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance at all times
Expertly manage food operation including shrink, gross profit, quality and supplies by maintaining excellent food standards
Accurately count, stock, order inventory, and provide data to support store profitability
Operate various pieces of foodservice and beverage equipment
Maintain clean and appealing workspace and service areas, empty trash receptacles as needed
Inspect and maintain equipment to cleanliness and operations standards
Implement and train program rollouts, product changes and product quality specifications
Perform additional duties as assigned
