Job Requirements
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- minimum two years experience as shift supervisor or one year as assistant manager
- valid driver's license
- availability of private transportation
- ability to adapt to changing schedules including weekends and holidays
- capability to supervise and organize team in fast-paced environment
- adherence to state and federal legislation and required paperwork
- familiarity with cost of goods sold
- strong problem-solving aptitude
- focus on outcomes and customer satisfaction
- punctuality and reliability
- positive relationship skills with coworkers
- completion of all applicable training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent

- experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurants preferred
- proven ability to supervise and organize team in fast-paced environment
- familiarity with cost of goods sold for financial analysis
- strong problem-solving skills
- ability to prioritize customer needs
- valid driver's license and access to transportation
- proficiency in completing training programs
- ability to maintain punctuality and adherence to schedules
- computer skills advantageous
- experience in financial controls and operational functions preferred
Job Duties
- Provide instruction, support, and leadership to help staff evolve into a top-performing unit
- cultivate a friendly and hospitable ambiance in the workspace and dining space to enhance the experience of guests and staff
- monitor and uphold adherence to food safety guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations
- optimize store performance and meet profit targets through effective operational management techniques
- maintain quality, service, and cleanliness within the restaurant per QSC standards
- ensure protection of Wendy's brand and possessions
- conduct inventory counts and accurately record product levels
