Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • minimum two years experience as shift supervisor or one year as assistant manager
  • valid driver's license
  • availability of private transportation
  • ability to adapt to changing schedules including weekends and holidays
  • capability to supervise and organize team in fast-paced environment
  • adherence to state and federal legislation and required paperwork
  • familiarity with cost of goods sold
  • strong problem-solving aptitude
  • focus on outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • punctuality and reliability
  • positive relationship skills with coworkers
  • completion of all applicable training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years experience as a shift supervisor or one year as an assistant manager in restaurant field
  • experience in high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurants preferred
  • proven ability to supervise and organize team in fast-paced environment
  • familiarity with cost of goods sold for financial analysis
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to prioritize customer needs
  • valid driver's license and access to transportation
  • proficiency in completing training programs
  • ability to maintain punctuality and adherence to schedules
  • computer skills advantageous
  • experience in financial controls and operational functions preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide instruction, support, and leadership to help staff evolve into a top-performing unit
  • cultivate a friendly and hospitable ambiance in the workspace and dining space to enhance the experience of guests and staff
  • monitor and uphold adherence to food safety guidelines to ensure compliance with regulations
  • optimize store performance and meet profit targets through effective operational management techniques
  • maintain quality, service, and cleanliness within the restaurant per QSC standards
  • ensure protection of Wendy's brand and possessions
  • conduct inventory counts and accurately record product levels
