Financial performance is a key focus, with duties including maintaining and completing profit and loss statements, achieving financial targets, managing costs, and educating teams about key performance metrics. Adherence to Operational Excellence fundamentals is essential, with the manager ensuring optimized food and labor initiatives and supervising production quality and controls.

Compliance is critical to this role, involving maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and staff, and adhering to all relevant policies and regulations related to safety, health, and wage and hour laws. Additionally, the Food Service Manager leads the front-of-house dining operation in coordination with the Food Service Director, overseeing cafeteria or residential dining facilities to deliver high-quality food service consistently. This role requires flexibility, dedication, and the ability to adapt to changing job duties as necessary to meet evolving company and client needs.

Working at Aramark means contributing to a company that does great things for its people and its partners every day.
