Job Requirements

  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Flexible availability for part-time onsite work
  • Ability to follow company recipes and standards
  • Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Capability to provide hands-on leadership

Job Qualifications

  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • An advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred)
  • Food handler's certification (preferred)
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Prior experience in a foodservice supervisory role

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees and managing daily foodservice operations
  • Maintaining effective communication with team members and management
  • Organizing work schedules and resources to meet service demands
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Delivering excellent customer service to guests and addressing any service issues promptly
