Job Requirements
- Experience supervising multiple employees
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
- Flexible availability for part-time onsite work
- Ability to follow company recipes and standards

- Capability to provide hands-on leadership
Job Qualifications
- Experience supervising multiple employees

- An advanced degree in culinary arts or related field (preferred)
- Food handler's certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Prior experience in a foodservice supervisory role
Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees and managing daily foodservice operations
- Maintaining effective communication with team members and management
- Organizing work schedules and resources to meet service demands
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Delivering excellent customer service to guests and addressing any service issues promptly
