- 3+ years of management experience in food service hospitality or grocery/retail food operations
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations of the food service departments including prepared foods Chef's Corner bakery/pastry and cafe
- Hire train and develop team members to maintain a culture of excellence efficiency and hospitality
- Monitor food quality consistency and presentation across all departments
- Manage scheduling labor budgets and productivity to meet company goals
- Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and health regulations
- Partner with the Executive Chef and General Manager on menu innovation seasonal programs and special promotions
- Oversee inventory ordering and vendor relationships to control costs while maintaining quality
- Handle guest feedback and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
- Create and track department performance metrics reporting directly to senior leadership
