Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of management experience in food service hospitality or grocery/retail food operations
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for full-time employment

  • Proven knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Culinary or hospitality management background a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations of the food service departments including prepared foods Chef's Corner bakery/pastry and cafe
  • Hire train and develop team members to maintain a culture of excellence efficiency and hospitality
  • Monitor food quality consistency and presentation across all departments
  • Manage scheduling labor budgets and productivity to meet company goals
  • Ensure compliance with food safety sanitation and health regulations
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and General Manager on menu innovation seasonal programs and special promotions
  • Oversee inventory ordering and vendor relationships to control costs while maintaining quality
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
  • Create and track department performance metrics reporting directly to senior leadership
