Job Requirements
- Education equivalent to bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year relevant management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a secure correctional environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage large-scale kitchen operations
- Capability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Job Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other departments
- Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods
