Our Food Service Manager position is a full-time role responsible for overseeing contracted food service operations for a single client or client outlet, typically generating up to $1 million in revenue. This role demands excellence in operational leadership, financial management, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of business goals.
As a Food Service Site Manager, you will lead with vision and precision, applying Aramark's coaching model to enhance team performance and develop employees to reach their full potential. You will manage daily operations to meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring that service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability targets are consistently achieved. In addition to food service, depending on the client, your responsibilities may extend to facility support and custodial services, making your role a critical part of the overall client experience. You will be responsible for planning and executing service solutions tailored to customer needs and preferences. Financial stewardship is key, involving management of Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and delivery of client and company financial goals. You will implement best practices and leverage data to optimize margins and control costs effectively. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred
- Prior experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment including managing teams
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to wear uniforms and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills
