Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service management or related field
- ServeSafe certification required
- Valid driver's license or ability to travel between assigned locations
- Ability to understand and interpret federal regulations
- Strong communication, organization and project management skills
- Proficiency with computer and tablet functions including Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Establish and maintain systems and procedures for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving of food and related products
- Prepare meals for kids in early learning center, after school and teen programs
- Menu planning and development including events within the assigned location
- Implement USDA CACFP and SFSP At-risk After School snack, breakfast and dinner programs at assigned locations
- Perform CACFP and SFSP menu planning, record keeping, purchase of food supplies and paper products, budget management, unit pricing, set-up and clean-up
- Maintain kitchen equipment and schedule repairs and additional maintenance as needed
- Develop, implement and monitor food safety and allergy plan
- Assist with development and monitoring of all department budgets
- Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness of all items and food service facilities
