The Food Service Manager 2 position at Sodexo is an exciting leadership opportunity based at Collingswood Manor, a senior care community in Collingswood, New Jersey. Job Duties

  • have oversight of front of house operations for 4 dining rooms
  • ensure timely delivery of meals to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
  • manage a front-of-house team of approximately 30 staff members ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
  • interview hire and train FOH staff
  • ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for all guests
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met
