This position offers a mixture of part-time (up to 29 hours) and full-time (32 to 40 hours) hours, including weekend and holiday shifts to align with store hours. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months retail or food experience
- Preferred 1 year in retail, service or restaurant environment
- Ability to interact comfortably with guests and team members
- High energy and ability to multitask efficiently
- Team-oriented and willing to support others
- Availability for part-time or full-time varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for 8 hours
- Willingness to wear specialized work attire such as hats, visors, and gloves
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in retail, service or restaurant environment preferred
- Serv Safe certification considered a plus but not mandatory
- Comfortable talking and interacting with guests and team members
- High energy and ability to quickly move between tasks
- Team oriented with willingness to give extra effort to help others
Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated
- Manage food stock levels, food costs and waste, preparation, presentation, and food safety requirements for hot and cold prepared food and beverage items
- Oversee the food service area's cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of equipment adhering to food safety protocols
- Meet Company goals for food sales such as pizza, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee
- Provide training, feedback, coaching and direction to fellow team members on food preparation and food safety requirements
- Maintain relationship with third party vendors on food safety measures including monitoring and training on proper temperatures, holding times and waste processes with recordkeeping
- Maintain proper stock levels through ordering and ensure proper rotation of all food products including sandwich case, warmers, pizza, chili, condiments and pastry cases
- Process guest transactions efficiently and in a friendly manner to minimize wait time
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader
- Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
