Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or retail
Strong communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Job Duties

Greet all guests in a friendly manner to make them feel welcomed and appreciated
Manage food stock levels, food costs and waste, preparation, presentation, and food safety requirements for hot and cold prepared food and beverage items
Oversee the food service area's cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance of equipment adhering to food safety protocols
Meet company goals for food sales such as pizza, breakfast sandwiches, coffee etc.
Provide training, feedback, coaching and direction to fellow team members on food preparation and food safety requirements
Maintain relationship with third party vendors on food safety measures including monitoring and training on proper temperatures, holding times and waste processes
Maintain proper stock levels and rotation of all food product for sandwich cases, warmers, pizza, chili, condiments and pastry cases
Process guest transactions efficiently and in a friendly manner to minimize guest wait time
Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager or Guest Service Leader
Must be able to perform essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations
