  • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments for a unified food service experience

Job Duties

  • Leverage Aramark's coaching methodology to actively engage and empower team members in reaching their full potential

  • Organize and facilitate daily team meetings

  • Achieve financial objectives outlined by clients and the company
  • Adhere to operational excellence by implementing and overseeing initiatives concerning food and labor management
  • Ensure all team members are well-trained and capable of executing their responsibilities
  • Manage a team overseeing production processes, quality standards, and compliance
  • Uphold a protected and health-conscious space for clients, customers, and employees
