- Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments for a unified food service experience

Job Duties
- Leverage Aramark's coaching methodology to actively engage and empower team members in reaching their full potential

- Organize and facilitate daily team meetings
- Maintain established standards for safety and sanitation across all client interaction processes

- Achieve financial objectives outlined by clients and the company
- Adhere to operational excellence by implementing and overseeing initiatives concerning food and labor management
- Ensure all team members are well-trained and capable of executing their responsibilities
- Manage a team overseeing production processes, quality standards, and compliance
- Uphold a protected and health-conscious space for clients, customers, and employees
