Job Duties
- Obtain and input patient preferences and menu selections utilizing CBORD software
- assemble patient meals on the POD that are elegantly presented and according to established standards
- serve meals and snacks to patients using Jefferson service standards
- collect trays after meal service and bring tray carts to the dishroom
- create a unique, memorable, and personal experience for patients
- interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the hospital core values
- maintain cleanliness and efficiency during meal service
