As a Food Service Foreman at The Exchange, you will play a pivotal leadership role overseeing a team of dedicated Food Service Workers. Your primary mission is to exceed customer expectations by delivering extraordinary customer experiences and exceptional service standards. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for excellence in food service operations. You will be responsible for understanding and driving sales goals, expertly planning, and managing daily and weekly workloads to meet both department and store targets. Scheduling will be an important part of your role, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
You will foster a culture of accountability through clear communication of expectations and effective performance management focused on critical service and engagement behaviors. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in food service or retail environment
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Must be authorized to work on a military installation
