Your leadership ensures that the Food Service team not only meets but surpasses customer expectations, creating memorable experiences every time.

The Food Service Foreman is also involved in supervising operational duties, including the preparation and sale of food items, verifying and checking the quality of food and supply deliveries, and managing inventory and stock levels through periodic counts. Financial accountability is another key aspect of the role, where you oversee personnel costs and productivity standards. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining facility operations and reporting on accounting and other operational metrics. Your role extends to hiring, training, and reviewing team members while enforcing food safety standards, including the completion of ServSafe certification and compliance with federal regulations and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
