Job Description

The Charley's in the Mini Mall Food Court, operating under the Exchange umbrella, is a distinguished hospitality and restaurant operations establishment dedicated to delivering exceptional food service experiences. As a Food Service Foreman at the Exchange’s Charley's in the Mini Mall Food Court, you will take the helm of a dedicated team of Food Service Workers who share a passion for outstanding service. Your leadership role is pivotal in driving both sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. You are responsible for planning and executing daily and weekly workloads that align with store and department objectives. This involves creating effective schedules that align with peak customer demand and business needs while fostering a culture of accountability through clear standards and performance management.

In this supervisory position, you will promote a positive, team-oriented culture and lead by example in customer engagement practices. Ensuring that every customer interaction is met with a welcoming smile and authentic eye contact, you will empower your team to handle customer concerns swiftly and effectively, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones. The role offers a competitive salary range of $22.78 to $26.57 per hour and requires availability for shifts spanning weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months food supervisory experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store as needed
  • Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must be available to work 0600-2000 Monday-Friday and 1000-1800 Saturday-Sunday including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Days off may vary

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of restaurant or related food service operations experience
  • Successful completion of NBFF training or Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA) preferred
  • Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Able to think quickly on the spot to answer customer questions
  • Able to take initiative
  • Able to share brand knowledge
  • Able to lead teams to meet organizational objectives
