Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Food handling license preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in food preparation preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing 10-35 lbs
  • Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to comply with company safety and hygiene standards

  • Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food handling and safety requirements

Job Duties

  • Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client
  • Support restaurant prep for daily operation in back of house and line
  • Meet daily quick service, food safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards
  • Ensure proper food quantities are set for daily and ongoing service
  • Participate in safety logs including food temperatures, rotation, and waste management
  • Maintain safe food handling and personal hygiene standards
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding issues in daily service or quality
  • Assist with dishwashing and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
