Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Food handling license preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in food preparation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing 10-35 lbs
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to comply with company safety and hygiene standards

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety requirements

Job Duties
- Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client
- Support restaurant prep for daily operation in back of house and line
- Meet daily quick service, food safety, quality, availability, merchandising, and guest service standards
- Ensure proper food quantities are set for daily and ongoing service
- Participate in safety logs including food temperatures, rotation, and waste management
- Maintain safe food handling and personal hygiene standards
- Communicate with supervisors regarding issues in daily service or quality
- Assist with dishwashing and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
