Job Requirements

- availability to work full-time or part-time including evenings and Saturdays
- ability to perform light cleaning tasks
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and sanitary procedures
- good customer service skills
- ability to operate cash register
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to learn and adapt
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- take food orders and relay them efficiently to back-of-the-house staff
- demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated
- interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- cook fast-food items in compliance with safety and safe food handling standards
- perform light cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- keep equipment, work area, and facilities clean and in order
- perform sales transactions in a timely fashion
- ring all items sold and obtain customer signature
- manage assigned change, funds, and cash receipts ensuring cash drawer compliance
- perform other duties as assigned
