Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
Capability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and humidity
Ability to remain mobile throughout scheduled shifts
Access to all store areas to respond to guest and team member needs

Job Qualifications

Strong interest and knowledge of the food service business
Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
