We are currently looking for a dedicated dishwasher to join our team, referred to as 'roadies,' who play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen. This full-time or part-time role is vital in ensuring that all kitchenware is sanitized according to stringent standards so that the culinary team can operate smoothly and guests can enjoy an excellent dining experience. As a dishwasher at Texas Roadhouse, you will be responsible for the proper operation of dish machines, maintaining sanitation protocols, and fostering a cooperative team environment. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Basic understanding of sanitation practices
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and manual tasks

- Efficiently operating the dish machine
- Monitoring and ensuring proper rinse and wash temperatures
- Changing water regularly and using dish chemicals safely
- Setting up and organizing dish racks for optimal workflow
- Removing trash to maintain a clean environment
- Following all safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborating effectively with team members
