Job Requirements

availability to work based on a weekly schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
capability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and work in varying temperatures
effective communication and visual skills are essential

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is a plus
strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties

operate dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed
keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, disposing of waste and recycling properly
assist kitchen staff by providing clean equipment and utensils promptly
engage in food preparation and various kitchen duties as assigned
monitor and restock cleaning supplies, reporting any equipment issues
adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper sanitation procedures
participate in regular cleaning tasks around the kitchen area
support fellow employees, contributing to a positive team environment while ensuring exceptional service for our members and guests
address and resolve member and guest complaints efficiently, practicing effective service recovery
complete additional tasks as directed by management
