Aramark is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Food Service Director to join their team at IU Health North Hospital, located in Carmel, Indiana. This leadership role plays a critical part in overseeing the dining operations within the hospital, driving innovation, and executing strategic plans that delight customers and clients alike. The Food Service Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of food service delivery including production, distribution, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining operational excellence aligned with Aramark's standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
  • meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment, including managing teams
  • strong analytical, project planning, and financial management skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, colleagues and staff
  • must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, engage and develop teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
