Job Requirements
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in supervisory roles within food service
- knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety standards
- strong organizational and communication skills
- ability to lead and train staff
- familiarity with inventory and scheduling software preferred
Job Qualifications

- strong knowledge of large-scale and therapeutic food preparation
- demonstrated supervisory experience
- effective communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- ServSafe or Sodexo certification preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Plan, assign, and supervise food service staff
- create schedules and assist with payroll preparation
- oversee food storage, inventory, and ordering
- ensure cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and storage areas
- inspect resident trays for menu accuracy
- assist with meal service when necessary
- coordinate food preparation for special events
- provide staff training and orientation
