Job Requirements
- 3+ years managerial experience in food production/delivery logistics, warehouse distribution/food service environment
- Strong communicator with customer service and operations management experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Clean background required for obtaining airport badging
- Must be flexible with working schedule
- Bilingual (Spanish) a must
- Have satisfactory driving record and valid drivers license
- All candidates must pass a background check and drug screen prior to onboarding

Job Duties
- Direct involvement in all new, existing, and future cargo customer catering/service requests
- Make arrangements with all cargo customers and Guest Services regarding all service needs
- Review and management of direct cargo customer orders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Directing, coordinating, and arranging all logistics team members for delivery/fulfillment
- Train and promote best in class service mentality and procedures to team members
- Champion and follow all current cargo customer production, quality, packaging, and logistics SOPs
- Contact customers to address, resolve and document services issues for review
