We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Food Service Cook to join our culinary team.   • Willingness to endure exposure to extreme temperature variations (from sub-zero to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit) throughout scheduled shifts.

Job Duties

  • Assist kitchen management with station setup and ensure adequate stocking of all necessary ingredients and supplies based on projected business volume
  • Perform detailed preparation tasks for menu items to ensure readiness for all restaurant services
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the cooking line area, including sweeping floors, managing waste removal, and completing all assigned cleaning duties
  • Support front-of-house staff as needed to quickly and effectively meet all guest requests
  • Efficiently address operational concerns and constructively report unresolved issues to the supervisory or management team
  • Ensure smooth, continuous communication with fellow kitchen staff to guarantee timely and accurate service delivery for every guest
  • Strictly comply with all local and company health and safety standards across all food preparation and dining zones
  • Execute directives and perform assigned tasks from the Manager during the entire shift
  • Occasionally interact with customers and offer assistance with their immediate dining needs
  • Contribute to the consistent quality of our diverse menu of slow-smoked and fire-grilled meats, which are prepared for various service models including dine-in, take-out, online orders, catering, and delivery.
