Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to perform all physical aspects of deli duties including standing, bending, lifting, squatting, climbing and walking
- ability to lift items up to 60 lbs to a height of 4 feet
- ability to read, write and complete company forms for sales reporting
- ability to work up to 8-10 hours in a controlled cool atmosphere
- ability to work within a freezer for 15 minutes
- must maintain a current food safety certification

- ability to work in fast-paced, efficient and controlled manner
- ability to safely operate job related equipment such as slicers, mixers, ovens, and food processors
- ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude

Job Duties
- acknowledge, greet, and engage guests entering the area
- follow designated food production list
- perform food production tasks in a timely manner
- perform all cooking functions ensuring no cross contamination
- perform all cooking functions safely
- perform closing duties including working walk-in coolers and freezers, sweeping, spraying and squeegeeing floors, organizing workspace and proper product storage
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- perform other duties as requested by management
