Job Requirements

  • Legally entitled to serve alcohol and obtain a CA Responsible Beverage Service Alcohol Server Certificate
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a bar server preferred
  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday evenings
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly, energetic, and welcoming personality
  • Basic numerical operations skills

  • Availability to work Monday to Thursday evenings

Job Duties

  • Greet our guests and provide outstanding service throughout the hospitality hours
  • Beverage preparation, responsible serving, and verifying the customers' ages
  • Regulatory compliance, adhering to all local and national liquor laws and regulations
  • Verify in-house guests and charge beverages accordingly
  • Set up a hospitality room with a bar
  • Responsible for heating up and replenishing appetizers
  • Responsible for replenishing and serving alcohol
  • Assist with guest requests and questions
  • Communicate with the Front Desk department to update charges for guests
  • Always maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
  • Maintain the register for the bar
  • Complete all relevant checklists during a shift
  • Any other related tasks as requested by the Guest Service Manager
