The establishment prides itself on delivering exceptional hospitality services through a team-focused and guest-centered approach. Employees at Maple Tree Inn enjoy working within a supportive environment that values positive attitudes, organic teamwork, and continuous growth. The hotel's commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of its operations, from the comfort of its rooms to the quality of its food and beverage services.
The role available is for a Bartender/Food Service Crew Member, a key position within the evening hospitality team. This role is perfect for energetic and customer-focused individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service. The position offers an hourly wage between $19.50 and $21.00, plus tips, depending on experience. It requires availability primarily on Monday through Thursday evenings, making it ideal for candidates seeking a dynamic, part-time schedule in a lively hospitality environment.
As a Bartender/Food Service Crew Member, you will be instrumental in creating a memorable experience for guests by producing both traditional and creative cocktails, managing food preparation, and ensuring a clean and orderly bar area. The role demands verifying customers' ages responsibly, serving alcoholic beverages in compliance with local laws, and engaging positively with guests to fulfill their requests and enhance their stay. This includes preparing appetizers and replenishing buffet lines, working closely with the front desk to maintain accurate guest charges, and upholding all regulatory standards.
The candidate must possess strong communication skills, a welcoming personality, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in bar serving is preferred, along with a genuine interest in food preparation and cocktail crafting. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a team-player mindset are critical to success in this position. A Responsible Beverage Service Alcohol Server Certificate from California is mandatory, and basic numerical skills are necessary for managing registers and transactions.
