Job Duties
- Welcome every customer with a smile, thanking them for their business, and inviting them back
- Complete all food ordering for the store
- Maintain appropriate levels of prep items and food, checking/adjusting daily
- Teach and train fast food team members in all food service, deli, and beverage promotions and programs and manage training for all fast-food employees
- Actively sample fast food, deli, and beverage products to drive sales and offer bounce back coupons when needed
- Ensure fast food equipment is clean and in proper working condition and report any maintenance or issues to the store manager
- Review KPI dashboard on a weekly basis and communicate success and opportunities with team
- Complete waste sheets and temperature log daily and ensure all food hold times are upheld
- Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed
- Participate in store meetings and present food related material as required
- Additional duties as assigned
