The schedule includes shifts primarily from Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off, providing a consistent work-life balance.

Job Requirements

  • Education level equivalent to high school or GED
  • Up to 3 months of effective food service experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and use measuring instruments
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Ability to adhere to scheduled work hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning and equipment operation tasks
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Up to 3 months of effective food service experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow simple recipes and portion control
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and cleaning
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division including decimals and fractions

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items such as salads, baked goods, sandwiches, wraps and simple menu items as directed
  • Follow simple recipes for cooking or preparing ingredients
  • Set up and check dishes, utensils, signs, condiments for serving lines and food bars
  • Maintain quality, freshness, and cleanliness of food bars, condiment stations, and dessert areas
  • Check products to ensure standards of appearance, quality, and portion size
  • Replace products that do not meet standards
  • Set up food displays and decorations for daily service and special events
  • Work on serving counters and food stations as needed
  • Be knowledgeable about daily menus and recipe ingredients
  • Ensure correct portion sizes are distributed
  • Move food to and from serving counters and food bars
  • Replenish and rotate stock in merchandiser displays and food bars
  • Maintain food service records
  • Monitor food volume prepared and leftovers
  • Operate and clean kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, and fryers
  • Clean refrigerators, tables, sinks, and pans
  • Follow food safety guidelines and maintain sanitation
  • Monitor food temperatures and maintain logs
  • Instruct part-time employees as necessary
  • Perform general cleaning duties including floors and carpets
  • Take orders and operate cash registers
  • Make change as required
