Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service creating a positive experience for guests
- Prepare and serve food items according to Kwik Trip’s standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including dining and service areas
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory control and restocking food items
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Support team members in a fast-paced environment
