Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service creating a positive experience for guests
  • Prepare and serve food items according to Kwik Trip’s standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store including dining and service areas
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with inventory control and restocking food items
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
