Job Requirements
- must be able to communicate in English fluently and professionally
- ability to speak a second language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly preferred
- minimum of 2 years work experience as food server
- experience in high-volume fine dining with emphasis on Chinese cuisine is highly preferred
- must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- must exhibit wine, beverage, basic food and advanced service knowledge including wine service and up-selling
- must be able to work efficiently in a team environment
- must be proficient in POS software
- must possess or be able to possess valid Alcohol Awareness card
- must possess or be able to possess Food Handler Safety Training card
- must be 21 years of age or above

- take food and beverage orders
