Job Requirements

  • must be able to communicate in English fluently and professionally
  • ability to speak a second language (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly preferred
  • minimum of 2 years work experience as food server
  • experience in high-volume fine dining with emphasis on Chinese cuisine is highly preferred
  • must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • must exhibit wine, beverage, basic food and advanced service knowledge including wine service and up-selling
  • must be able to work efficiently in a team environment
  • must be proficient in POS software
  • must possess or be able to possess valid Alcohol Awareness card
  • must possess or be able to possess Food Handler Safety Training card
  • must be 21 years of age or above
