Job Duties
- deliver exceptional service while adhering to Bertucci's service philosophy
- answer guests' questions, take and transmit orders to the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet high standards before serving
- manage payments efficiently, including cash-out at the end of your shift
- set up and break down the dining area and service stations
- keep tables, floors, and service stations clean and organized
- assist team members as needed and pre-bus tables
- engage with customers about current promotions and menu items
- ensure all food is visually appealing by inspecting garnishes and presentation
- proactively clear dirty dishes and return them to the dishwashing area
- report any food or service complaints to the manager
- stock necessary items, including silverware and condiments
