Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional service while adhering to Bertucci's service philosophy
  • answer guests' questions, take and transmit orders to the kitchen, ensuring all dishes meet high standards before serving
  • manage payments efficiently, including cash-out at the end of your shift
  • set up and break down the dining area and service stations
  • keep tables, floors, and service stations clean and organized
  • assist team members as needed and pre-bus tables
  • engage with customers about current promotions and menu items
  • ensure all food is visually appealing by inspecting garnishes and presentation
  • proactively clear dirty dishes and return them to the dishwashing area
  • report any food or service complaints to the manager
  • stock necessary items, including silverware and condiments
