The role of the SR Prime Food Server is integral to the success of our operations. This position is primarily responsible for creating an outstanding overall guest experience by efficiently taking food and beverage orders and delivering exceptional wine and beverage service. The SR Prime Food Server will be expected to maintain high standards of table maintenance, complete side work tasks promptly, and uphold strict health code compliance. Customer service excellence is the cornerstone of this position, and the server will work closely with other team members, including restaurant hosts and food runners, to ensure smooth service flow. Additionally, the server must be knowledgeable about menu items and guest preferences, enabling them to personalize service and anticipate guest needs effectively. Seating guests and assisting in restaurant organization, including cleaning and restocking, are also vital parts of the role. The ideal candidate will be adept at using mobile technology and point-of-sale systems to enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement. This position requires a professional appearance, a friendly yet efficient attitude, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay updated with outlet standards and service procedures. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High school diploma or education equivalent required
  • Previous server and customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
  • Previous experience using smart phones and/or tablets applications strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
  • Gaming license required
  • Food handler certification
  • SERV Safe certification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous server experience preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provides prompt, efficient and friendly quality service to any and all guests of the restaurant
  • Greets all guests immediately when they come in and when going
  • Cleans and organizes the restaurant daily including deep cleaning of certain areas as assigned
  • Polishes China, silverware, glassware daily
  • Light dusting and maintaining the restaurant
  • Maintains guest tables throughout the dining period by cleaning, replacing China, glass and silverware as required
  • Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations
  • Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items
  • Serves all beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in food outlets
  • Busses tables in the station and completes all side work
  • Assists restaurant host/host when required
  • Assists food runners and servers to run food to the tables in a timely manner
  • Records all preferences of guests in the reservation system by taking detailed notes to exceed their expectations every time they dine
  • Knows frequent guests and their preferences
  • Attends periodic meetings and training sessions
  • Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times
  • Always presents oneself with a neat and clean appearance
  • Thanks the guests and invites them to return
  • Performs other duties as assigned
