Job Requirements
- Requires at least six months of experience serving in the food and beverage industry
- Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages to guests
- Demonstrates the ability to effectively interact with guests and fellow team members in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices
- Comprehension of the English language both written and oral

Job Duties
- Greeting and seating guests
- Explaining the menu to guests and making recommendations
- Taking food and beverage orders, noting any allergies guests may have, and accurately entering them into the ordering system
- Communicating effectively with kitchen staff
- Balancing dishes, drinks trays, and bringing them to the correct tables
- Providing attentive service to guests by refilling drinks as needed
- Providing excellent customer service to guests by checking in during meals
- Performing duties such as setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, and replenishing condiments as necessary
