Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or equivalent
  • Must be willing and able to effectively service a 6 table station
  • Ability to accurately account for and balance all sales and receipts
  • Ability to communicate clearly with kitchen verbally and via computer
  • Must present and encourage promotional materials
  • Must accurately record and account for all items ordered and served
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to safely transport food and beverages over uneven surfaces
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years full-service restaurant experience or equivalent
  • Knowledge of menu and specials
  • Familiarity with wine list
  • Understanding of restaurant layout including table and station numbers
  • Ability to provide a clean, well-manicured appearance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk an entire shift
  • Ability to safely transport food and beverages
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in the restaurant and cocktail area
  • Effectively service a 6 table station
  • Accurately account for and balance all sales and receipts
  • Communicate clearly with the kitchen both verbally and using the computer register system
  • Present and encourage current promotional information and materials to guests
  • Accurately account for all guest checks issued
  • Accurately record and account for all items ordered and served
