Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Three years of serving and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods
- Responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages
- Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must maintain a neat, professional, and clean appearance at all times
Job Qualifications
- Strong commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology
- Previous experience using smartphones and/or tablet applications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years of serving and/or customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC
- Provides prompt, courteous, and high-quality service to all restaurant guests
- Greets guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately takes food and beverage orders and delivers items in a timely manner
- Serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all policies and regulations
- Maintains thorough knowledge of all menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
- Maintains guest tables throughout the dining experience by clearing, resetting, and replenishing china, glassware, and silverware as needed
