Job Duties
- Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis ensuring all requests are promptly filled
- Performs as a team with other servers to provide Rocking guest service
- Performs all necessary side work such as polishing and rolling silverware restocking items filling salt and pepper shakers cutting lemons etc
- Performs as a team with other rockers to produce a smoothly run function
- Performs bus person duties to clear tables when guests have completed their meals
- Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications
- Performs all necessary tasks to service guests such as taking and filling all food and drink orders whenever necessary and maintaining the venue in a clean and neat manner
- Maintains all proper sanitation practices
- Maintains knowledge of property information including memorabilia
- Abides to Freeman Standards
- Knows hours of operation and current promotions
- Knows food products food promotions and food available on buffet stations
- Completes assigned side work duties use of supplies cleaning and organizing assigned areas
- Returns any lost and found articles to supervisor immediately
- Upholds the Mission Statement We create authentic experiences that rock
- Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests co-workers managers and vendors
