Job Duties

  • Provide prompt, courteous and professional food and beverage service to all guests
  • Ensure that areas are clean, orderly and stocked with specified condiments and promotional material
  • Set tables properly according to assigned area
  • Monitor reserved seating and inform guests regarding seating requirements and food and beverage minimum purchases
  • Take guest orders effectively and in a timely manner
  • Ensure beverage orders are taken within two minutes after guest is seated
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and speed in service
