Job Duties
- Provide prompt, courteous and professional food and beverage service to all guests
- Ensure that areas are clean, orderly and stocked with specified condiments and promotional material
- Set tables properly according to assigned area
- Monitor reserved seating and inform guests regarding seating requirements and food and beverage minimum purchases
- Take guest orders effectively and in a timely manner
- Ensure beverage orders are taken within two minutes after guest is seated
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and speed in service
