Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be over 21 years of age
- Obtain and maintain SNHD Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards
- Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their meals and service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Follow health and safety regulations, including good hygiene practices and proper clothing, shoes, and jewelry guidelines
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, and utensils, using dishwashing equipment as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Reset tables for new guests, including placing clean tableware and condiments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and utensils
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned
