Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food service experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • team-oriented attitude
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • willingness to perform various dining duties
  • fully vaccinated against COVID-19 preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

  • Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
  • know the daily and weekly menus and keep descriptions of food positive and enthusiastic
  • take residents orders, gather drinks and appetizers in the pantry, and serve the items in an efficient and timely manner
  • keep tables clear of dirty dishes and remain available to residents at all times
  • ensure residents receive entrees and desserts in a timely manner
  • check up on residents at least 3 times during their visit to ensure satisfaction
  • buss and reset tables and complete daily sidework
  • take on pantry, hostess, or expo duties whenever needed
  • be a team player
  • avoid personal conversations while attending to residents
  • make sure section is orderly before and after serving time
  • use time effectively to complete duties according to schedule
  • understand goals to be achieved
  • correct all deficiencies as soon as possible
