Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior food service experience preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
excellent communication skills
team-oriented attitude
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
willingness to perform various dining duties
fully vaccinated against COVID-19 preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in food service or hospitality is beneficial
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
customer service orientation
ability to multitask and work as part of a team
basic knowledge of food safety practices

Job Duties

Provide fast, efficient, friendly service to everyone
know the daily and weekly menus and keep descriptions of food positive and enthusiastic
take residents orders, gather drinks and appetizers in the pantry, and serve the items in an efficient and timely manner
keep tables clear of dirty dishes and remain available to residents at all times
ensure residents receive entrees and desserts in a timely manner
check up on residents at least 3 times during their visit to ensure satisfaction
buss and reset tables and complete daily sidework
take on pantry, hostess, or expo duties whenever needed
be a team player
avoid personal conversations while attending to residents
make sure section is orderly before and after serving time
use time effectively to complete duties according to schedule
understand goals to be achieved
correct all deficiencies as soon as possible
