This Food and Beverage Service position is an exciting opportunity to join the Pascua Yaqui Tribe’s hospitality team, delivering outstanding guest experiences. As a Food and Beverage Service team member, you will be responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional service to guests while adhering to the Tribe's departmental policies and procedures. The role involves direct guest interaction where warm and genuine hospitality is paramount, including welcoming and farewelling guests with personal attention and maintaining professionalism. This is a vital role that ensures not only timely and accurate food and beverage orders but also maintains presentation standards and cleanliness throughout the shift.

You will assist in food preparation tasks such as making fruit cups and sandwiches, ensure that complaints are routed professionally to supervisors, and comply with safety, security, and hygiene protocols including handwashing and accident reporting. Job Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver’s license
- must successfully complete a background check and drug testing
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must either possess or obtain a valid food handler’s card
- must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- high school diploma or GED

Job Duties
- Offers warm and sincere welcome or farewell to all guests using a guest’s name when possible and making good eye contact
- takes orders for food and beverages
- bags food and beverages ensuring presentation standards are maintained
- assists in the preparation of orders such as making fruit cups and sandwiches
- directs guest and team member complaints to supervisor in a pleasant and professional manner
- maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- follows established safety and security policies and procedures including reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions immediately to a supervisor
- ensures uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
- fosters a team environment by working collaboratively with co-workers
- displays initiative and ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision
- performs other job-related duties as assigned
