Job Duties
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
- set tables according to type of event and service standards
- answer questions on menu selections
- follow all company policies concerning safety and security
- report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the appropriate manager
- undergo safety training courses and obtain certifications
- ensure personal appearance is consistent and well-groomed
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary data
- provide courteous reception and greet all visitors
- anticipate and attend to guests' service requirements, including individuals with disabilities
- communicate with clear and professional language
- foster and maintain positive working relationships with teammates and superiors
- promote teamwork to reach collective goals and address grievances
- enforce compliance with quality standards and expectations
